A 500 year old Tuscan Villa comprising 5 self catering apartments and cottages, sleeping between 2 & 5 in each that interconnect for larger gatherings. Also available to book for "Exclusive Use" with cooking and maid service as an option.

In a secluded and protected valley just below the famous towers of San Gimignano, overlooking open pasture and vineyards. Just over an hour's drive from Pisa Airport.

attraction ?
Pallero is exclusive and privately owned; your "second home" in Tuscany. It offers tranquility and peacfulness

What is in the Immediate Vicinity ?
San Gimignano is the nearest town; just under a 10 minute drive away. A classic hill-top medieval walled city, made famous by films such as Tea with Mussolini. Also close by is the Etruscan stronghold of Volterra; another atmospheric walled city which, like San Gimignano is a pleasure to explore because there is no traffic

What Can I do for Day Trips ?
Florence and Siena are vastly different but equally impressive. Both are within a 40 minute drive of Pallero, or let the train take the strain. Pisa is just over an hour away and an hour up into the hills will bring you to Montepulciano & Montalcino. Also within the hour is a day trip to the sandy beaches below Cecina.
What Can I do at the Villa ?
Spend lazy days sitting in the fragrant, calming garden sipping a chilled Vernaccia. Cool off in the opulent Roman Bath-House pool. Other facilities include fitness gym, sauna and solarium.

Self Catering ?
The kitchens at Pallero are more than well equipped. Buying local food from the markets is all part of the experience. Tuscan fare is simple but excellent and much is best eaten cold taken the climate. There are also more restaurants than you will have time to try.

Other General Facilities ?
All linen, towells, etc are supplied and weekly changes too. Our Italian resident Manageress Amneris offers unobtrusive assistance as and when required, although you will not be aware that there is anyone else at the villa, because accommodation is very private with individual terraces and loggias and "favourite spots" in the grounds
Will I need a Car ?
Yes, this is recommended to get the best from your visit
Where can I Fly to ?
You can fly to Pisa or Florence from most of the regional European airports daily
